Could CBD Revolutionize Liver Cancer Treatment? New Study Shows It Kills Cancer Cells, Stops Spread, & Boosts Chemo!

How does CBD help fight liver cancer? Kills cancer cells: CBD triggers cell death (apoptosis) and a specific type of cell death called pyroptosis. Controls cell cleanup: It regulates autophagy, a process where cells clean up damaged parts. Stops cancer spread: CBD reduces the ability of cancer to spread (metastasis). Changes tumor environment: It affects the area around the tumor to make it less supportive of cancer growth. Blocks cancer signals: CBD shuts down pathways (like PI3K/AKT/mTOR) that help cancer grow. Boosts other drugs: CBD makes chemotherapy drugs (like sorafenib and cabozantinib) work better. Source

Cholinesterase enzymes break down acetylcholine, a chemical in the brain that helps nerve cells communicate and supports memory and thinking. These compounds stuck to the enzymes better than two existing Alzheimer’s drugs, Rivastigmine and Galantamine. Source
