Could Cannabis Compounds Revolutionize Breast Cancer Treatment?

CBG: Lowers levels of two proteins (ER and AR) that help cancer grow. CBDV: Reduces a protein (aromatase) that makes estrogen, which fuels ER+ breast cancer. CBN and CBC: Affect three targets at once: lower ER (estrogen receptor), aromatase, and AR (androgen receptor) proteins. Cause cancer cell death that depends on the AR protein. Act as blockers of estrogen’s effects, slowing cancer growth. CBN: Showed the strongest effects overall. Source

Could cannabis be a game-changer for chronic pancreatitis?

Lower chance of dying in the hospital (53% less likely). Lower risk of blood clots in veins (DVT, 29% less likely) or lungs (PE, 38% less likely). Lower chance of needing ICU care (30% less likely). Lower risk of pancreatic cancer (27% less likely). Source

Could cannabis compounds revolutionize lung disease treatment?

How cannabinoids help lungs: Relax blood vessels: They widen lung arteries, easing blood flow and reducing resistance, which can improve quality of life. Other benefits: They may slow artery overgrowth and reduce inflammation. Source

"The Benefits of Daily Cannabis for the Middle-Aged Brain"

"Cannabis affects the brain differentially across the lifespan, and older brains may benefit from daily use. Daily cannabis use produced cognitive improvement and reduced brain inflammation in aged humans and animals. Low-dose, daily cannabis did not impair and can even provide significant benefits to middle-aged humans." Source

Shocking Study Reveals Genetic Link of Cannabis Use to Schizophrenia & Bipolar Disorder!

Cannabis doesn’t cause mental health disorders, but a new study shows it might trigger them in those with genetic risks for schizophrenia or bipolar disorder. The link? Shared genes. Study after study has shown the same results. Genetic Basis: Found a shared genetic basis for cannabis use and psychiatric disorders, suggesting genetic predispositions may influence both. Schizophrenia Link: Identifies a bidirectional relationship where cannabis use, may increase schizophrenia risk, and schizophrenia liability may increase cannabis use. Bipolar Disorder: Similar genetic overlaps found with bipolar disorder, indicating shared genetic risk factors. Source

Cannabis Breakthrough: CBD & THC Team Up to Shut Down Harmful Inflammation in Immune Cells!

What did CBD and THC do? Both CBD and THC reduced the production of inflammatory substances. The combination of CBD and THC (1:1 ratio) was especially effective at calming inflammation in both types of immune cells. Key takeaway: CBD and THC, particularly when used together, can act as drugs to control harmful inflammation caused by TLR7/8 activation, potentially helping with conditions involving excessive immune responses. Could CBD Be a Game-Changer for Mental Health?

What benefits might CBD provide? May help with: Depression (like an antidepressant) Anxiety (calming nerves) Protecting brain cells (neuroprotective) Mental health conditions like psychosis Nausea and vomiting (antiemetic) Pain sensitivity (anti-allodynic) Seizures (anti-epileptic) Brain diseases like Alzheimer’s (anti-degenerative) Addiction (helping people quit harmful substances).
