Could CBD Be the Heart's New Best Friend?
This 4-yr study says inhaled cannabis slashed back pain 66%!
The Journal Oncologie reports: CBD + THC deliver POWERFUL blows to ovarian cancer cells!
Both CBD and THC showed strong ability to slow or stop ovarian cancer cells from growing and multiplying (very large reductions in cell survival/viability in the combined data).
They work in several ways:Trigger cell death (apoptosis) — making the bad cancer cells kill themselves.
Force cancer cells into a resting/stopped phase (G0/G1 cell-cycle arrest) so they can't keep dividing.
Greatly increase reactive oxygen species (ROS) — basically creating harmful oxidative stress inside the cancer cells that helps damage and kill them.
This study reports: Vitamin D + CBD team up to CRUSH liver cancer cells!
Using Vitamin D + CBD together killed off far more cancer cells than either one alone — the combination was synergistic (they boosted each other's power).
The combo needed much lower doses to achieve the same killing effect.
It strongly triggered apoptosis (programmed cell suicide) and slowed cancer cell multiplication.
In Hep3B cells specifically: The combo stopped cells in the G1 phase (early cell cycle arrest — like putting the brakes on early).
It changed genes involved in autophagy (cell self-cleaning/recycling process).

This BMJ Mental Health study reports: Zero evidence cannabis causes brain aging or dementia!
Overall, cannabis use didn’t appear to speed up memory loss or increase dementia risk in older adults.
Based on these very large groups, there’s no strong sign that using cannabis substantially harms brain aging or contributes to dementia
The genetic tests found no evidence that cannabis use actually causes poorer thinking skills or higher dementia risk
This study reports: Could CBD Be the Heart's New Best Friend?
CBD and Blood Vessels: When applied directly to arteries, CBD helps them relax, both immediately and over time, facilitating easier blood flow.In experiments with poorly functioning arteries, CBD improves their responsiveness.
CBD's Effect on Heart and Blood Pressure: CBD does not alter normal blood pressure or heart rate.It can reduce the heart and blood pressure responses during stress.
Protection During Heart Problems: CBD can protect the heart by minimizing damage during heart attacks or when blood flow is restored after blockage. It also mitigates heart complications associated with diabetes.
Stroke and Brain Protection: CBD can lessen brain damage during a stroke by aiding in maintaining blood flow.
Blood Vessel Leaks: CBD can prevent or reduce leaky blood vessels in:The eyes in diabetic conditions. The brain following inflammation.
Cell Health in High Sugar. In high sugar conditions, CBD helps maintain healthier blood vessel cells by reducing cell adhesion and enhancing barrier function.
Overall Impact. These effects indicate that CBD might be beneficial for treating various cardiovascular and cerebrovascular conditions.

This study showed: This 4-yr study says inhaled cannabis slashed back pain 66%!
Pain and disability improved a lot and stayed better over the 4 years:
Average pain score dropped from ~8.1 (very severe) to ~2.7 (mild).
Back disability score dropped from ~55% (moderate-severe limitation) to ~37%.
Other pain measures (severity and life interference) also fell dramatically (from high 7–8 range down to very low 1–2 range).
